Cancellations

We respectfully request that you provide us with a 48-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. With respect to any and all cancellations, we do not refund purchases. You will receive a spa credit for a future appointment.

Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 48-hour notice, we cannot fill that appointment time. This means our other clients miss the chance to receive the services they need. For this reason, we require credit card information or payment, to be provided at the time of booking. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full amount for the service related to your late canceled appointment. Or you can reschedule with a $55.00 fee.

We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. We ask that if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, poison oak or other illnesses, that you reschedule your appointment at least 14 days from the original appointment date to ensure the safety of our staff and other guests.

If our staff has an illness or injury and you can not reschedule, you will receive a refund. Otherwise, we do not offer cash refunds for cancellations. Only rescheduling of the appointment, with or without a fee.

Safety & Wellness

Spa Santangelo, is intended to be a retreat focusing on wellness. Our services are offered for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. Our priority is the safety and wellness of our guests and staff.

We keep the infrared sauna at a temperature of 135.

We do allow 420 activities and wine toasting on the patios. No glass outside. Intoxicated guests and others presenting any type of safety hazard to themselves or our staff will be refused service.

Guests engaging in such activity or any other activity that disturbs staff or neighbors will be asked to leave immediately and will be charged the full appointment price.

Our spa amenities are guests 18 years of age and older. Spa treatments are for ages 9 and older, accompanied by a parent.

There is no mask mandate in Santa Cruz at this time. You are welcome to wear one.

Late Arrivals

We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment.

However, we ask that you call to inform us if this occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Our appointments are scheduled in such a way to minimize guest contact due to COVID-19 and to provide you with focused attention on your experience.

For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in a loss of time from your appointment so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. If this is your first visit, there is a waiver form we ask every patron to fill out. For Sparties and couples packages, if you are wanting to bring food and drink please ask for set up and clean up time.

420 Friendly

We allow vaping and smoking on our patio only. Vaping and smoking in spa buildings, tub or sauna is not allowed.

Dog Friendly

We allow friendly dogs to accompany you at the spa. We have a water bowl for your fur baby. Please watch and clean up after your dog while here.

COVID Info

Spa Santangelo does not require a COVID test or vaccination card to book appointments. We do have rapid tests onsite, for guest and staff safety. If you are uncomfortable about COVID, you can request staff to take a rapid test before your appointment. Please give us a 4 hour window of notification, prior to your appointment.
