Each session is intuitively guided to support your body, mind, and energy. We blend a variety of modalities, including Swedish bodywork, Shiatsu, polarity therapy, and Reiki, along with supportive tools such as cupping, tuning forks (sound healing), assisted stretching, and energy work.
Rather than following a fixed routine, we allow your body’s needs to lead—creating a fully personalized experience that can help release pain, restore balance, and bring you into a state of deep relaxation.
